Café 22 – Food with a Mission

Great Coffee. Even Better Cause

Whether you’re grabbing a takeaway on your lunch break, sitting in for a meeting, or ordering to your door via Just Eat, every penny of profit stays right here to fund Veteran therapy.

Our Name

Its Importance

The 22nd Regiment of Foot, the Cheshire Regiment, was raised by Henry Howard, 7th Duke of Norfolk in 1689.

Our founder, Garreth Murrell, served 10 years with the Cheshire Regiment. In 2006, he struggled with mental health following various Operational Tours. Having received successful therapy, he set up the charity Veterans at Ease to help others.

CAFÉ 22 is named in his honour.

Did you know that with every cup of coffee or jacket potato you buy, you are helping us save a Veteran’s life.

Thank you!
