Melanie Ledger
Head of Retail
Melanie (Mel) joined Veterans at Ease in 2022 as Manager at our Byker shop. She was quickly promoted to Head of Retail and is responsible for providing support and guidance to our Shop Managers, as well as overseeing our Collections and Deliveries Service and managing our Logistics Team. Mel comes with many years of charity retail experience and is an important member of the Senior Management Team.
